5- Confirmation of Content: It is the duty of the organization to confirm the authenticity of the content of this certificate. Confirmation of content is mandatory for a true salary certificate. The authorized signatory of the firm must have signed the letter or certificate to make it legitimate.

6- Signature of Employee: The relevant information regarding the employee cannot be confirmed without your signature. Therefore, employees need to sign the salary certificate because it is a compulsory requirement.
